How to book a ride?
You can book your ride directly on this website by choosing one of the forms below, depending on your needs.
👉 Request a service: for a personalized ride, a professional or private appointment, an event, or an accompaniment.
👉 Request a transfer: for a trip to or from airports, ski resorts, hotels, or train stations.
Once your request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with all the essential details: pick-up location, scheduled time, flat rate, and our contact information.

We respond as quickly as possible, even outside standard working hours.

Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your booking before the scheduled departure time, under the following conditions:
• Up to 48 hours before departure - No fee, full refund.
• Between 48 hours and 3 hours before departure - 50% cancellation fee.
• Less than 3 hours before departure or in case of no-show - No refund possible.
For any modification (time, location, or vehicle type), our team will do its best to adjust your ride according to availability.

What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay for your ride in a simple and flexible way.
• Cash payments
• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, etc.)
• Mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Twint)
• Cryptocurrencies (upon prior request)
• And for regular clients, bank transfer upon invoice

Are pets allowed on board your vehicles?
Yes, small pets are welcome, provided they are transported in a suitable bag or carrier, for hygiene and safety reasons.
For medium or large dogs, please let us know in advance. We will check the feasibility depending on the vehicle and do our best to accommodate you under the best conditions.
In all cases, please specify at the time of booking if you are traveling with a pet.

Can I eat or drink during the ride?
Out of respect for the cleanliness of our vehicles, eating on board is not permitted.
• Only water is allowed, preferably in a bottle with a resealable cap
• Alcoholic beverages are not accepted
• If you have a specific need (long journey, medical treatment, child), you may discuss it directly with the driver

Can I book at the last minute?
We recommend booking in advance to ensure vehicle availability at your desired time. This allows us to better organize our routes and provide you with a perfectly punctual service.
However, we understand that needs can arise at the last minute. That’s why we also accept urgent bookings, depending on availability. Each request is handled with the attention and responsiveness it deserves.

Can I travel with children?
Yes, everything is in place to welcome families in the best possible conditions.
• Child seats available on request, with a small additional fee (to be specified when booking)

• Option for soft music or silence on board, depending on the child’s needs
• Transportation of strollers and baby items at no extra cost, as long as it’s mentioned in advance
