How can I request a service?

Online form: You can place a booking directly on this site using one of the forms available for airport transfers (Book a transfer) or for another service (Book a service). You will subsequently receive an email with the booking details.

You can place your order via WhatsApp (+41 76 815 23 66). You will subsequently receive booking details by WhatsApp or by email, depending on your preference.

Why choose Manuel Mobility for your trips instead of a taxi service?

Manuel Mobility offers fixed-price services. The ride cost is therefore known in advance when the booking is made.

Must all bookings be made in advance?

We would strongly advise booking in advance. Once your booking has been made a car is reserved and we guarantee availability.

Last minute bookings however can be accommodated if the car is available.

Are pets allowed in Manuel Mobility’s vehicles?

Yes, but only if they are correctly placed in a travel carrier.
